Robert Cursio appointed Subsidiary President for two Chugach Government Solutions subsidiaries, Wolf Creek Federal Services, Inc. and Chugach Federal Services, Inc.

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC, (CGS) is pleased to welcome Robert Cursio to our subsidiary leadership team. Cursio is the new Subsidiary President for Wolf Creek Federal Services, Inc. (WCFS) and Chugach Federal Services, Inc. (CFSI).

Robert Cursio

Robert is a U.S. Army veteran with over 17 years of executive leadership in the private sector. He has an in-depth knowledge of logistics operation/management and business strategy, exceptional experience in strategic planning, budget/ financial management, organizational effectiveness, proposal development, and capture activities. He has a proven track record of accelerating growth, expanding operations and process improvement driving revenue growth, cost savings, and market development. 

Most recently, Cursio served as CEO for Logstrateco, LLC, a privately held consulting firm with specific focus on supporting growth organizations with organic strategy, business development support and operational synergy. Additional previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Logistics and Data Management for VSE Corp, VP of Logistics for AMS Group, Inc., Director of Strategic Logistics for General Dynamics Missions Systems.

WCFS and CFSI are wholly owned subsidiaries of CGS delivering service excellence in our Facilities Management and Maintenance Division. Our service approach is refined through our extensive families of companies and proven at worksite around the world helping our customers implement efficient business processes, standardize asset management language, make sound, data-based decisions, and track and improve performance.

Douglas Taylor, who previously led WCFS and CFSI, will be retiring in mid-June.

Cursio has a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Science in Management from the University of St. Mary’s, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from Youngstown State University. Additionally, he studied Strategic Planning at the U.S. Army Command & General Officers Staff College as well as at the U.S. Army Logistics College. He also has an Acquisition Certification from Defense Acquisition University.
